Endeavour Silver Corp. is excited to announce the completion of its acquisition of Minera Kolpa, marking a significant milestone in the company's growth strategy. This move not only diversifies Endeavour's operations but also establishes its presence in Peru, the world's third-largest silver-producing country. By strategically expanding our mining operations from Mexico to include Peru, this acquisition strengthens our position as a growing mid-tier producer and sets the foundation for Endeavour Silver to become a senior silver producer.

Strategic Expansion

The acquisition of Kolpa, located in the Huachocolpa district of Peru's Huancavelica Province, introduces Endeavour to a new and promising mining region. Kolpa is a fully operational, primary silver asset with a 25-year history of production. In 2024, Kolpa produced approximately 2.0 million ounces of silver, 19,820 tonnes of lead, 12,554 tonnes of zinc, and 518 tonnes of copper, totaling about 5.1 million silver equivalent ounces.

This expansion into Peru not only diversifies our geographical exposure, but it also strengthens our resilience in a dynamic global market. With mining operations now in two of the top silver-producing countries—Mexico and Peru—we are better positioned to deliver consistent value to shareholders, enhance supply chain stability, and support long-term sustainability goals.

Future Outlook

Endeavour Silver’s acquisition of Kolpa marks a bold step in our long-term growth strategy. By integrating this fully-operational mine into our portfolio, we gain immediate production, proven infrastructure, and a skilled local workforce—all of which accelerate our path to scaling up.

We plan to leverage our operational expertise to optimize Kolpa’s current output, with targeted investments to increase processing capacity from 1,800 tonnes per day to 2,500 tonnes per day. In parallel, we are exploring the surrounding land package, which remains significantly underexplored, offering strong potential for new discoveries and resource expansion.

“Today marks a significant milestone in Endeavour's journey to becoming a senior silver producer,” said Dan Dickson, Chief Executive Officer of Endeavour Silver. “The acquisition of the Kolpa mine represents a material increase to our AgEq oz production and is a testament to our team’s dedication and vision. It’s not only about expanding our production portfolio; it’s a strategic step toward shaping a stronger, more dynamic future for the company. We are excited to leverage this new venture, along with Terronera, to continue to deliver exceptional results and drive continued success for our shareholders, stakeholders, and employees.”

Looking ahead, Kolpa will play a central role in achieving our vision of becoming a senior silver producer. As global demand for silver continues to rise—driven by clean energy, electrification, and industrial innovation—Endeavour is poised to be a key player in supplying the metal critical to the world’s low-carbon future.
