On Thursday, March 6^th, 2025, Endeavour Silver’s CEO, Dan Dickson, along with the board and senior management team joined Dean McPherson, Head of Business Development, Global Mining at the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) to open the market and celebrate a huge milestone – 20 years of incorporation.

Dan Dickson sat down with the TMX Group to discuss Endeavour Silver’s journey and success. “Endeavour’s been able to develop its assets through organic growth, taking advantage of high-grade silver assets in Mexico and unlocking value for our shareholders,” Dickson continued. “I’m proud of the work we’ve done, but we’re just getting started.”

This milestone celebration reflects Endeavour’s growth as a leading precious metals company. With two operating mines in Mexico, and a third nearing completion, Endeavour is firmly positioned as a Canadian, mid-tier silver producer with aspirations of becoming a senior silver producer. The Terronera project, which is nearing completion and set to become Endeavour’s flagship mine, will be a huge catalyst for growth. Once in full production, the Terronera mine is expected to double the company’s silver production while cutting costs in half, significantly improving operational efficiency and increasing shareholder value. This marks a key step in our journey toward achieving our long-term goals and further solidifying our leadership in the silver industry.

With this special anniversary, Endeavour also looks forward to further expanding our footprint in the silver industry. While we celebrate our past accomplishments, we’re also deeply focused on the future, with plans to continue building on our success and creating value for our stakeholders. As Dickson concluded, “This is just the beginning—there’s much more to come, and we’re excited for what the future holds.”
