A: Endeavour maintains good employee relations at each of our mines by being proactive with our two unions in preventing any issues from growing. I also think our positive approach to building a sustainable business, our corporate social integrity, really helps build trust with our people. As a result, we have not had any labour strikes in recent years nor work stoppages in Mexico. In general, Mexico has a large and well-trained workforce in the mining sector. Our biggest challenge has been retaining good workers, because there is always another company wanting to hire them away! Thankfully, most of our mines are located in desirable places to live in Mexico so we have that advantage as well. I cannot comment on some of the issues that other companies have had at their operations because we are not fully aware of the circumstances.
