Training our people on Endeavour’s values and culture
Since we defined Endeavour’s corporate values in 2019, and introduced an organizational transformation in 2020 to build our “Te Cuido” Culture, we have been training our team on ways to put these values into practice, as part of the “The Endeavour Way.”Our “Te Cuido” Culture (meaning “I Care for you” in Spanish) defines the way we work at Endeavour, guided by the Values that all stakeholders should practice. They include:
- Integrity
- Care
- Attitude
- Responsibility
- Excellence
To help our team-members demonstrate these values, in everything we do, we have been conducting multi-phase training workshops over the past 18 months, including workshops to help express each value.
