There has been comprehensive work done by SSR Mining to advance the project. As stated by SSR Mining, with the Pitarrilla transaction, SSR Mining continues to deliver on its goal of portfolio rationalization, realizing value for its shareholders by monetizing its non-core assets.

Endeavour believes Pitarrilla has the potential to provide Endeavour shareholders with a significant opportunity for long-term value creation. The acquisition of Pitarrilla is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
